===== Proposed Explanation =====

The particle doesn't exists until some player gets that information of the particle being there in their data stream. Once that is done, it has to stay there, it has to be a particle from there on. The act of observation bring it into this reality, it becomes a part of the physical world.

We live in a physical world that hasn't happened yet, it is your observation, you , your consciousness that is reaching into the world of probability and bringing it into existence.
